Reetha, or soapnut, is known to promote hair growth. In ancient times it was used instead of shampoo as it effectively cleanses the hair & scalp. It soothes irritation & itching on the scalp. Due to its anti-inflammatory & antibacterial properties, it can also be used on the skin in the form of a face pack to soothe redness & sensitivity. It is also known to hydrate the skin & keep it soft & smooth.
